Yes. Free users can top up from £10. Paid plans can top up from £5 when a project needs more usage before the next monthly reset.

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no credits have been used and no generations have been made. After credits are used or a generation is made, the purchase is non-refundable except where required by law.

Yes. The Free plan includes monthly credits so you can try the core creation tools before upgrading. You only need a paid plan when you want more credits, higher limits, hosted bots, or permission to sell what you create.

Selling ServerGPT creations to other people is only allowed on Pro. Free, Go, and Plus are for creating for yourself, testing ideas, and running your own communities unless separate resale permission has been agreed.

Monthly plan credits reset each billing month and do not roll over. Bought credits and auto-recharged credits are additional credits and do roll over.

Dev-mode hosting lets you build and test bot behavior before moving to a hosted production bot. Plus includes hosting for 1 bot, and Pro includes hosting for 4 bots.
